Mississippi pot roast

One of my favorite and easy slow cooker recipes!! Mississippi pot roast!!

Recipe:

1 Ranch seasoning packet

1 Au jus gravy packet

1/4 cup butter

5-6 Pepperoncini peppers

A Chuck Roast 

*do not add any water or broth!! It will create enough juice on its own!!! 

Low on 8 hours or high for 4 hours
