800g of stewing steak dusted in flour

1 leek
1ltr of beef stock
2 oxo cubes
Tin of tomatoes
Good glug of red wine
Teaspoon of Paprika
Teaspoon of Garlic granules
2 tablespoons of Worcester sauce
Chucked everything in and turned on high for 7 hours
Dumplings put in for an hour before serving
Beef melts in your mouth and plenty left for tea tomorrow
