Minestrone soup

FAREZ
1 large onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 stalks celery, diced
1 large carrot, diced
1/3 pound green beans, trimmed and cut into 1/2-inch pieces (about 1 1/2 cups)
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
1 28-ounce can no-salt-added diced tomatoes
1 14-ounce can crushed tomatoes
6 cups low-sodium chicken broth
1 15-ounce can low-sodium kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup shell pasta
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional Garnish 
1/3 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

Add all ingredients except pasta, Parmesan cheese, and fresh basil. Cook on low for 8 hours or until done. Add pasta and cook until pasta is done. Use basil and Parmesan cheese as garnish.

Notes: 
1. Sometimes I cook onions and garlic in olive oil then add to crockpot pot
2. The store was out of shell pasta so I tried Ditalini
