Recipe
•400g chicken thighs
•7 tablespoon soya sauce
•2 tablespoon sriracha sauce
•1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
•7 tablespoon honey
•1 tablespoon Lazy Ginger
•4 cloves of Garlic/diced
•2 large tablespoons of corn flour mixed with 2 tablespoons of cold water
•100ml chicken stock
•High 4/5 hours
OR
•Low 7/8 hours (low is best)
•600g noodles
•Spring onion on top to serve
Place washed/raw chicken in slower cooker
Add all ingredients (not noodles)
Cook
5 minutes before serving add noodles to heat through
Spring onion on top
Serve
