1lb gr beef
1.5C diced potatoes
1.5C chopped carrots
1 diced onion
3 chopped garlic cloves
1C frozen peas
6oz tomato paste
1 can tomato soup
3C beef broth
Parsley, oregano, italian seasoning, basil, minced garlic
Saute beef, onion and garlic. Add to slow cooker with everything else EXCEPT peas. Low for 7 hours, high for 3-3.5 hours. Add peas during last hour.
