simple vegetable soup

FAREZ
Today’s meal, simple vegetable soup! Basically, chuck in some stock and whatever veg you have in your fridge. This recipe does not need to be exact. Just some inspo!
Today I used:
Recipe 

2L chicken stock
1 tin cannillini beans (strained and rinsed)
1 tin brown lentils (strained and rinsed)
1 tin diced tomatos
1 1/2 cup cauliflower
1 stalk celery
2 carrots
2 ?things? Of buk choy 😁
1 cup cabbage
1 cup green beans (I had frozen so used those)
Half a zucchini
1 onion
4 cloves garlic
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste (if using salt reduced stock)

I cooked for approx 4 hours on high. I sometimes serve with pasta (cooked separately.)

Very simple and it’s something you can just set and forget until dinner. Very forgiving recipe! 💖
