Today I used:
Recipe
2L chicken stock
1 tin cannillini beans (strained and rinsed)
1 tin brown lentils (strained and rinsed)
1 tin diced tomatos
1 1/2 cup cauliflower
1 stalk celery
2 carrots
2 ?things? Of buk choy 😁
1 cup cabbage
1 cup green beans (I had frozen so used those)
Half a zucchini
1 onion
4 cloves garlic
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste (if using salt reduced stock)
I cooked for approx 4 hours on high. I sometimes serve with pasta (cooked separately.)
Very simple and it’s something you can just set and forget until dinner. Very forgiving recipe! 💖
