Recipe
Boil all together in a pan to dissolve and soften fruit:
8oz sultanas
2oz butter
2oz sugar
1/2 cup water - then leave to cool
Add to the pan:
1/4 teaspoon bicarb
1 or 2 teaspoons syrup
1/2 cup plain flour
1/2 cup S.R flour
Add 1 beaten egg - mix altogether
Add to pre warmed slow cooker pre lined with grease proof paper
Cooked for 2 3/4 hours.
