500gram beef mince meat
1 onion diced
1tsp garlic granules
1tsp mixed herbs
1tsp oregano
1tsp thyme
Chopped fresh paraley
1tbsp breadcrumbs
1 egg
Mix all items in a bowl and form little meatballs using hands fry in frying pan to get some coloring then chuck in the crockpot with
1 jar Bologna’s sauce
Garlic paste in the sauce
On low 6hours
Serve with pasta fresh parsley grated cheese and garlic bread
