Shredded Chicken recipe

Shredded Chicken recipe 
* 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (2 large breasts)
* 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs (3 thighs)
* 1 tsp sea salt
* 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
* 1/2 tbsp olive oil
* 1 clove garlic, minced
* 4 oz can tomato sauce
* 1/4 tsp granulated onion
* 1 tbsp tomato paste
* 1 tbsp molasses
* 1 tbsp raw honey
* 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
* 1/8 tsp sea salt
* 1/8 tsp ground black pepper


INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a slow cooker, combine the ingredients, tossing to coat the chicken.
2. Cover and cook for 4-6 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through. Using two forks, shred the chicken. Can also use a hand blender to quickly blend the chicken, if desired.
