Meatballs:
1.5 lb. Ground beef
1 large egg (slightly beaten)
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/3 cup Parmesan
3 garlic cloves (Minced)
1/2 cup onion (Minced or small diced)
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup Parsley
Sauce:
58 oz marinara sauce (I used "good and gather organic marinara" from target)
Mix all meatball ingredients together in a bowl.
Form small balls and place in slow cooker. It's okay to stack if you run out of space, I did it too.
Add Marinara sauce and cook on high for 3-4 hours (I did 4) or on low for 6-7 hours.
We ate meatball hoagies with provolone cheese.
