*Recipe
1 lb. Ground linguica
1 lg. Can crushed tomatoes
14 oz. Can diced tomatoes
8 oz. Can tomato sauce
Minced onion, 1-2 tablespoons
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
Italian seasonings
Hot crushed pepper, to your liking
1/2 cup water
Fry linguica, just a little
Add everything into crockpot, stir well.
High until hot, about 45 minutes to an hour. Turn to low. Stir so it doesn't stick. Cook on low until done, about 3 hours. Add 1 teaspoon baking soda if too acidic (I didnt). Stir well. It may foam up. Stir some more.
I Cook ready pasta in microwave. Put in bowl, spoon sauce over.
