Recipe
3 Chicken breast
Jar of Salsa
Packet of taco seasoning
Put chicken in slow cooker. Sprinkle seasoning over top and pour salsa on top. Cook for 3 hours on high or until you can shred chicken with two forks.
Don’t be tempted to tip out the liquid. Once chicken is shredded mix together with all the liquid.
Serve over corn chips and melt cheese on top. Serve with sour cream and guacamole.
Left overs can be served with rice, or put in a wrap or pull out the pie maker and get some pastry and make some pies with cheese in them and freeze them for when you can’t be bothered cooking.
I have a friend who does and massive batch with eight breasts because it is such a favourite.
