1 lb stew meat, 1 lb baby carrots, 1 large (or 2 small) onion, 1.5 lb potatoes, approx 2 tablespoons tomato paste, 1 cup red wine, 2 cups broth, plus Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper to taste.
Now the hard part- waiting!
