700g diced beef
1 red onion
1 onion
1 leek
3 carrots
1 swede
4 medium size potatoes
Green beans
Punnet button mushrooms
Frozen peas
2 beef stock cubes
1 tablespoon of cornflour
Granules to thicken
Dumplings
Prep and add all raw ingredients to the slowcooker,add cornflour and stock pots and cover with water
Cook on low for 8 hours then thicken with granules and then add dumplings 40 minutes before serving with lid back on
