1k stewing steak
2 onions
2 carrots diced
1 carrot grated
1 garlic bulb, minced
2 parsnips, diced
2 large potatoes, chopped
2 sweet potatoes diced
Button mushrooms
4 stalks of celery
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
Large bag of baby spinach
500mls beef stock
1 tin chopped tomatoes
Dash Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste.
Mixed herbs, parsley, paprika.
2 tblsp corn flour
I sautéed the onion, garlic, peppers, celery and mushrooms, put them on the SC, then browned the meat and added it to slow cooker along with everything else.
On high for 3 hours, then low for a few hours until tender.
